General Terms and Conditions for IT (GPC-IT) for NAFTA 
Located in this section of the Daimler Supplier Portal are all relevant information and parts of the general terms and conditions of purchasing for IT and the corresponding appendices (hereafter referred to as GPC-IT) .
Beginning July 1, 2012 all orders concerning information technology and telecommunications technology made by any subsidiary of Daimler North America Corporation will be subject to the GPC-IT contained within this section of the Supplier Portal.
The GPC-IT and appendices are valid in their current version at the time of contract formation. The GPC-IT consist of parts A through I. The Purchase Order will list the specific parts of A through I which are to be part of the contract.
When accessing the Daimler IT-Infrastructure the current safety instructions and IT-security-guidelines (see downloads "Information-Security") must be observed.
