    In the context of our digitalization initiative and for sustainability reasons, all paper debit/credit notes for Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Hungary Kft., Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland sp. z o. o. and Star Assembly SRL will be moved exclusively to email at September 21st, 2023.

    We will send the documents to the known e-mail addresses in our system.

    How can I change my mail address for the debit note and credit note transmissions?

    The email address can be changed by the supplier directly in the Supplier Database  https://sdb.i.mercedes-benz.com/application/index.xhtml

    Is it possible to receive debit note and credit note in the future as well as paper document?

    The sending way of debit note and credit note has changed due to our digitalization initiative and for sustainability reasons. Sending on the paper flow is no longer possible.
