Portal Registration instructions
To start using electronic invoicing at Mercedes Benz, you can follow the next steps:
You should register on the Basware E-Invoicing portal using your country registration link (see chart below)
- When registering, you should take into account that the VAT number is in the international format.
- You must send the invoices from the email address you indicate while completing the registration. If you are going to send the invoices from different email addresses, please register all email addresses you will be using for sending electronic invoices.

1. Important data to add in your invoices:
The invoice must be original and machine extractable
That means, Invoice data must be able to be copied and pasted into another document, so not scan or image documents are allowed.
