The Daimler Supplier Award 2018 for the procurement unit of Trucks & Buses is given in three categories: Quality, Innovation and Partnership. The prestigious trophy is only awarded to one enterprise in each category at the awards ceremony.
For the Daimler Supplier Award, there are two suppliers for the Daimler procurement unit Global Procurement Trucks & Buses that did not receive the prestigious trophy in the category of “Partnership” in the award, but were nominated for the honor and had high hopes for the award. Both enterprises achieved great things and were nevertheless still beaten in the homestretch: Brakes India and Isringhausen therefore more than deserve to be honored now when looking back.
