    1) Which entity is affected by KSeF process?

    Our polish entities Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland sp. z o. o. and Mercedes-Benz Polska Sp. z o.o. with polish VAT ID will send/receive invoices via KSeF, latest in July 2024.

    2) Will Mercedes-Benz AG download the documents in KSeF portal?

    No, the documents must be transmitted as in the past. There is not option, that Mercedes-Benz AG can download the files directly from KSeF.
