Dear Supplier,

During our roadmap towards optimized data quality, digitalization and automation, certain mandatory invoice details for proper invoicing have been defined (legal and business requirements).

They were also integrated in all relevant purchasing documents and are therefore binding.

As a next step, we will start now validating these additional mandatory fields - starting from December 1st, 2024. 

Unfortunately, we analyzed, that your company does not fulfill all required fields.

Please ensure to deliver all the mandatory fields on your invoices (see attached), otherwise incomplete invoices will be rejected.

Higher data quality will be also beneficial for your company (e.g. reduced invoice processing time, acceleration of the payment process).
